The MSC Seashore departs from Port Canaveral - just a 50 minute ride from Orlando International Airport.
You can easily do this through the free MSC For Me app you can download.
It will ask your booking number (an 8 digit number starting with a 4 or 5 - this should be in a reservation confirmation email from MSC) If you can't find this let me know.
You will also associate a credit card with your cabin as there is no money exchanged on board. This is very important as you will not be able to disembark the ship without settling any purchases you made on board.
YES! PLEASE check your passport and make sure it will be valid at least 6 months from the time of travel - January 2025. If not, make sure to renew it immediately as processing times may have been affected due to Covid.
You will fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Plan to arrive no later than the morning of Thursday January 16 , 2025. The ship begins boarding at 10 AM and departs at 5 PM.
Consultants will want to arrive in Port Canaveral no later than the morning of Wednesday January 15, 2025.
Prior to sailing, please make sure your phone has "wifi calling" enabled. This is generally done through your phone settings or your provider. Make sure in your phone this setting is enabled.
With your cabin you will have 2 wifi connections included (plus premium drinks!). If you have multiple people in your cabin and you all plan on using multiple devices - cell phone, computer, etc - make sure to upgrade your package to the desired amount of devices (4, 6, etc...)
Attire at all FCC conferences is Tropical Casual / Business Casual. FCC branded Polo, shorts and flip flops are my preferred daytime conference outfit. Consider this a working vacation.
Franchisors - fill out the registration form on the website. This will notify us of your interest in attending and we will generate an invoice for the registration fee.
Registration Fees are:
$6750 by Aug 1, 2024 - Early Bird
$7750 by Sept 1, 2024 - Middle Bird
$8750 by Oct 1, 2024 - Late Bird
Once your brands has paid the registration fee, you are registered. The registration fee is non-refundable.
You will receive an invoice via email to pay the registration fee for your brand(s).
You can use your credit card to pay the registration fee if you have not already. If you have not received an invoice or are not sure if your brand has paid, please contact Pete Neonakis.
NO! Please make sure to make your hotel reservations using our dedicated registration portal (see above link - RESERVE YOUR ROOM).
ABSOLUTELY! All FCC Conferences are a family affair. MSC Seashore is VERY kid-friendly with tons of activities and pools. Many of our guests bring their spouses/family and make a winter vacation of it.

Make sure to register all your guests via the registration form on the website. If you need to add any guests, use the form. If you need to remove, let Pete Neonakis know.
If you are giving items to just the consultants, plan on around 100 consultants. If you are bringing items for all the attendees, plan on 350.
We will send out a survey to complete once registration is closed on December 1, 2025. You will attach your one sheet and all attendee info for name badges.
